Peter's Pan

It’s opening day at the Legislature 2003 where each representative and senator opens their offices to their constituents. It’s pretty much a free all-you-can-eat lunch. So Peter has the responsibility of going downstairs to the parking lot and getting a large pan of noodles from the restaurant that’s delivering them. But lo and behold, apparently the pan was either too large or Peter’s fingers were too slippery and he dropped that large pan of noodles right in the Capitol parking lot.
